Owls Flying High

Success is quite an understatement when it comes to the Joshua Owls this spring.

The academic UIL team had an amazing district win with 572 points – 303 points ahead of the second place team.

The Lady Owls soccer team made it to a historical placement in playoffs on April 13.

The choir earned many I’s and II’s for solo competitions with the Men’s choir placing at UIL, and a few members placing at All-Region.

The NJROTC rifle team making it to Nationals back in March allowing one teammate, Grace Sharp, to advance to the Junior Olympic Trials in Colorado.

Even now, with only one day of regular schedule remaining in school, the Joshua Owls baseball team continues to make history for the school as they maintain their winning streak, moving on into round four of playoffs, headed toward state level play.

As the end of the year approaches, the Owls, beaming with pride, are ready for summer. Until next year, congratulations, Owls!
